【Biluochun: The legend of a thousand-year-old famous tea】
Biluochun, one of the top ten famous teas in China, originated from Dongting Mountain, Taihu Lake, Jiangsu, and has a history of more than 1,300 years.According to legend, Emperor Kangxi drank this tea during his southern tour and saw that it was shaped like a snail and covered with emerald green. He gave it the name “Biluochun”, which means “turquoise like jade, spiral like spring.”Its unique floral and fruity fragrance comes from the tradition of intercropping between tea trees and peach, plum, apricot and other fruit trees. Tea absorbs the fragrance of flowers and fruits, forming the characteristics of “one tender and three fresh” (tender buds and leaves, fresh aroma, fresh taste, fresh soup color).
The Ming Dynasty “Tea Solution” records: “Dongting Biluochun, fragrant and ten times Changcha”.In the first year of 2025, spring tea adopts a non-genetic inheritance process. One bud and one leaf are picked in the early morning, and refined through 18 processes such as green, kneading, and drying. Each 500 grams contains 60,000 to 70,000 bud heads. The tea soup is as clear as jasper, and the entrance is fresh and refreshing. It is especially suitable for brewing with a glass to show the artistic conception of “spring water is born”.
