【The mellow precipitation of time–Yunnan Pu’er Tea in 2009】

This 2009 Yunnan Pu’er tea is produced in Menghai, the core production area of Pu’er tea. It is made from Yunnan large leaf sun dried green tea and refined through traditional pile fermentation technology. The standard cake size of 357g is derived from the transportation wisdom of the ancient Tea Horse Road. The packaging of seven cakes in one tube symbolizes “reunion and happiness”. After 14 years of dry aging, the tea has a mild nature, a rich aged aroma, a red and bright soup color, a smooth and sweet taste, and a unique jujube and woody aroma. It is a classic representative of ripe and aged tea.
Pu’er catechins are known for their fragrance as they age, and this ripe tea has been refined over time to remove the dryness of new tea, resulting in a fuller and more rounded tea soup. Whether it’s collectibles or daily consumption, it can make people feel the profound heritage bestowed by time.

【The Way of Tasting】

1. Recommended tea set: purple clay pot / bowl
2. Amount of tea: 5-7g (can be adjusted according to taste)
3. Water temperature: 100℃ boiling water (fully stimulate Chen Xiang)
4. 步骤：
   • 温热的唤醒茶：用沸水加热茶具，放入茶叶，快速洗茶 1-2 次（唤醒茶叶并去除异味）。
5. 正式冲泡：
   • 前 3 次呼吸：5-10 秒冲泡汤汁，感受茶汤的醇厚和晨香。
   •4-6 次呼吸：适当延长至 15-20 秒，茶汤的甜味会更明显。
   • 后续冲泡：可熬饮，释放老茶的深邃魅力。
6. 饮用体验：茶汤入口顺滑，甘甜持久，杯底有淡淡的甜香。适合搭配茶点或单独慢品尝。

小贴士：熟普耐起泡，浸泡 10 次后仍有韵味。贮存时注意避光避湿，让茶饼继续自然变形，有更好的风味。
